Registration

Direct registration is available at www.wolfrecruit.com. You can also visit one of our offices, and we'll assist you with the registration process there.

Wages are paid once every week (every Thursday) and only to a bank account. We don’t pay in advance! Tax, housing and health insurance will be deducted from your salary. There are no upfront payments.
Apartments - 120 euros/week (5-10 people in the apartment; maximum 2 people in the room). Ordinary apartments, equipped with everything you need. We can provide employment and accommodation only to adults without pets. There are fines for negligent use of housing.

Important information for Ukrainian employees.

BSN - Netherlands Identification Number. To officially work in the Netherlands, you need to register a BSN number, which we will help you issue if you do not have one.
After arriving at the main office and signing the contract, during your first week, the registration will take place.
After receiving the BSN, we will register you for a visit to the IND to receive confirmation of your status. To do this, we will reserve a date and time for you at the migration service, where you need to come on your own on the reserved day and time. A detailed description of the procedure at the following link https://ind.nl/en/ukraine-appointment-to-collect-proof-of-residency This is an extremely important procedure that cannot be ignored under any circumstances. IND should have Ukrainian-speaking translators.
According to the rules of the Migration Service (IND), everyone arriving in the Netherlands must obtain proof of temporary protection status (sticker or O-document).
At the time of arrival, you should not have formalized protection in another country. By applying for protection in the Netherlands, you can legally stay and work until March 4, 2025. (the company helps with registration). The temporary protection directive applies to those who left Ukraine after November 26, 2021.
